LOCKED!

Our FIXED interest rate is 4.75%. :-)

Now we wait for approval of the loan.

Oy!

Windows and such!

So, pre-drywall meeting is scheduled for MONDAY (Jan. 3) with drywall to begin on Wednesday (holy craaaaaaaaaaaap!). :)

Our mortgage rep locked the rate already, too! Yikes! It's getting more and more real...

Small changes...

So, we visited the homesite today, and saw that a front door had been installed, and the exterior outlets have been finished. I am sure there has been some other work, but it was probably not much to see unless we knew where to look.

Monday I meet with the supervisor to discuss the placement of a light in the dining area.
